Course Details

Using a creative approach to solving problems can help individuals, groups, teams and organizations to avoid some of the common pitfalls of an effective problem solving: jumping to conclusion before effectively analyzing all aspects of the problem; working on problems that are not well defined etc.This program takes participants through a systematic and creative ways of solving problems and decision making irrespective of the enormity or difficulty of the problem at hand.
