This course will help SMEs entrepreneurs  to gain a deeper understanding of  the subject of corporate govenance and provide them  with some  key elements and strategies to  make them take dvantage of corporate governance practice to put their SME businesses on a permanenti sustainable path

In the turbulent business environment of the 21st century chaaracteristed by rapid and unpredictable changes,, the small businesses seems to face more challenges than their larger counterparts. The good news ,,however, lies in the fact that there are many small businesses that  stiil thrive in spite of obvious economic and environmetal challenges..
